“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven.” (Jesus, Matthew 5: 44-45)

“Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. ” (Jesus, John 7:24)

“God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” (1 John 1:5)

You say I should love all that I am, what exactly does this mean?

It means that all that you are is the infinite manifestation of Good available right now. I know you’re thinking, if all Good is already manifested, how come it’s not visible? How come there is not peace everywhere on earth and goodwill towards men? The reason why it doesn’t “appear” to be the case, note I say “appear,” is because you’re all waiting for peace to happen. There is no waiting in God. You have to realise that all Good is already present Now, not at some future time. Claim it. Love it. Be grateful for it.

How can I be grateful for something I don’t like? Let’s take what Jesus teaches about loving your enemies, how can I love someone who is being obnoxious? How can I love disease and suffering? Go on tell me.

You’re not expected to love your enemy because enemy is an illusion. Let’s say someone is being “obnoxious” as you put it. You can either see the behaviour as who the person is or you can see right through to who the person really is. The individual is perfection, Spirit, all good and love. Love can do nothing but love. I’m telling you to see Reality for what it is that the one in front of you that appears to be abusing you is actually God in manifestation. Since he is God you see him as Love. I’m not saying you have to be physically around someone who is being abusive. You might choose to remove yourself from the environment while still perceiving the other as who he really is, Love. When you see another as Love, how can that other be your enemy? Do you now understand what I mean by “enemy is an illusion?”

Yes. What about loving a sick body?

Again your real body is radiant health, beauty, perfection, wholeness, love, eternal youth, immortality – to name but a few attributes. You might be feeling like “death warmed up” but you’ve got to look behind appearances. “Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgement.” You have to look with faith to who you really are, the you that is radiant health. So be grateful for who you are. Say to yourself “I love all that I am.” You are not loving the sick body as you know this is an illusion. The reason why sickness is an illusion is because radiant health cannot create sickness, nor can perfection create imperfection. Unless you’re coming from a perspective of duality, that you created an experience in order to learn from it; or you believe that in order to be good you must experience the bad. Note that Good has no opposites. Good is God/Spirit/Mind/Light and, as it is written, there is no darkness in light. If you’re experiencing light and darkness it is because of your beliefs but this has nothing to do with Reality.

Back to what I was saying about your body. You are loving who you are even though it might seem as if you’re not speaking the truth. Know this, all good exists now. It is simply your perception of reality that blocks it from being visible. I’m showing you how to bring forth what seems invisible to your senses. As Paul writes: “God, who…calleth those things which be not as though they were.” (Romans 4:17) To align yourself with Spirit you have to treat what doesn’t appear to be present as though it is present. Know that you are radiant health no matter what the senses suggest.

Can I apply this principle of “loving all that you are” to other aspects of my life?

Most certainly. I would suggest that you make a list of everything you feel you’d like to experience which for you makes life worth living. Then love all that you are and have, as you already have it. Be grateful also for what you already are and have. Get into the practice of using gratitude and praises for everything.

Know that every inch of what you perceive as space is filled with infinite Good and is yours right now.

Thank you for your insights.

Thank you for listening.
